Hi — I’m Jorge.
I found acroyoga in January 2020, when something inside me quietly shifted the moment I stepped onto the mat. What began with curiosity quickly became important — not just as movement, but as a way of being. I practiced regularly for two years, deepening my connection to the body, to the present moment, and to shared movement.
In 2022, I began teaching — and that felt like coming home. Passing on what I’ve learned, seeing people transform, and helping others build confidence, trust, and strength became one of my greatest joys.
My focus is on L-basing, washing machines, and silent flows — sequences and qualities that invite connection, clarity, and intention. These elements aren’t just techniques; they represent listening, sensitivity, and depth in

movement — the places where practice become presence.
Acroyoga for me isn’t just something I do — it’s a lifestyle. It’s woven into the way I move, breathe, relate, and connect. It lives in my bones.
Through this practice, I discovered a deeper sense of connection inside myself — a passion that doesn’t feel separate from life, but part of the very way I experience it. I believe something real shows up when we share acroyoga: when we support, balance, and touch each other, we see one another clearly — beyond masks and stories — in a way that is both vulnerable and uplifting.
This is the heart of why I teach, practice, and keep learning.

In December 2025, I completed our Level 1 Acroyoga Teacher Training (100 hours) by Jess and Eugene from AcroYoga Montreal and can now officially call myself a certified Acroyoga teacher.
