Learning Opportunities in Playa del Carmen
We offer a offer a variety of on-site learning experiences in Playa del Carmen.
Our classes designed to support you at every stage of your journey — from first-time flyers to experienced practitioners. Our offerings include Free Orientation Classes, Foundation Series, Weekly Classes and Assisted Jams - all created with a strong focus on safety, connection, and sustainable practice.
To ensure the best possible learning experience, classes are held with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 participants, allowing for personalized guidance and quality instruction. For this reason, we kindly ask you to register in advance, so we can prepare the space and structure each session with care.
Free Orientation Classes
Once a month at Deportivo Mariovillanueva in PDC
Free Community Classes are beginner- to intermediate-friendly sessions where you’ll learn basic acroyoga positions and movements with simple progressions.
They’re perfect for anyone who wants to discover what acroyoga is and see if this journey is right for them.

Acroyoga Foundations

Acroyoga Foundations is a beginner-friendly program designed to support your acroyoga journey with safety, confidence, and connection.
It includes 3 interconnected classes, 1 assisted jam, a WhatsApp support group with videos, audios & Q&A, a free Spotting Manual, and 1 free weekly class.
After the course, you’ll have the foundational skills to start your acroyoga journey, a clear understanding of safe spotting, and everything you need to continue with our weekly classes.

Weekly Classes

Weekly Acroyoga Classes are where your acroyoga journey truly unfolds.
These progressive classes focus on learning essential washing machines and linking them into your own creative flows, helping you build confidence, fluidity, and connection over time.
Basic foundational skills are required (see our Foundations Class).

Practice with Guidance

Assisted Weekly Jams offer a safe, supported space to explore and deepen your acroyoga journey.
With a guided professional warm-up and connecting exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in weekly classes or private sessions, ask questions, and receive hands-on assistance and demonstrations throughout the jam.
