Weekly Flow Classes

They say you need to know 12 washing machines to come into flow.

Flowing is what we enjoy and do the most. In these weekly group classes are designed for acroyogis who want to move beyond isolated poses and into fluid, connected movement. In these 2-hour sessions, held once a week, we focus on learning, embodying, and refining washing machines—the essential building blocks of dynamic acro flow—making the journey into flow accessible, embodied, and progressively integrated through consistent practice.

One Washing Machine per Class

Each class focuses on one washing machine. After come partner connection exercises and targeted warm ups start by breaking down all individual positions and then teach the transitions to arrive into one coherent flow. You will receive clear guidance on how to spot the washing machine ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

✔ Foundations Required

To keep these classes inspiring, dynamic, and progressive, we assume a solid acroyoga foundation and do not teach basic skills in the weekly flow classes. This allows us to dive deeper into movement, transitions, and flow.

If you’re new to acroyoga or want to refresh your fundamentals, our Foundation Series is the perfect place to start. It will give you everything you need to fully enjoy and benefit from the weekly flow classes.
